All returns or exchanges must be returned to Honey Girl within 30 days from the date you initially received the order. The merchandise must be in perfect shape, unused, with hangtags and hygienic protectors intact, to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Any swimwear returned not in re-sellable condition will be sent back to you. All sale items are final. For Returns, please enclose a copy of your original invoice with your return, and write on the invoice‚ along with a brief reason why it is being returned. We will refund the full purchase price of the item returned. We do not refund for the shipping portion. For Exchanges, it is helpful to email us prior to sending your item back so that we can check the availability of the item you would like in exchange and then we will hold the item for you while your return is in transit to us. Upon receipt of your item we will promptly ship your exchange order, with no additional shipping costs to ship the item to you. If the cost of the item you are returning for exchange is greater than the item you are exchanging it for, then we will credit your credit card for the difference. If the cost of the item you are returning for exchange is of lesser value than the item you are exchanging it for, then you must enclose a check for the difference in value, or provide us with the credit card information via phone, email, or written on your invoice. We will need your account number, expiration code, and 3 digit verification number, along with billing address if your billing address is different than listed on the invoice.
