All returns or exchanges must be returned to Honey Girl within 30 days from the date you initially received the order. The merchandise must be in perfect shape, unused, with hang tags intact, to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Any swimwear returned not in resalable condition will not be refunded.
All Clearance items are final, and not exchangeable. Clearance items will be marked as such, and would be 50-75% off.
All Sale items are exchangeable, if they are not worn, within 30 days.
For Return of regular priced items, please enclose a copy of your original invoice with your return, and write on the invoice‚ along with a brief reason why it is being returned. We will refund the full purchase price of the item returned. We do not refund for the shipping portion.
For Exchange, it is helpful to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your item back so that we can check the availability of the item you would like in exchange and then we will hold the item for you while your return is in transit to us. Upon receipt of your item we will promptly ship your exchange order, with no additional shipping costs to ship the item to you if you are within the US.
International exchanges shipping will be billed at a discounted rate of $19.00 shipping via Priority Mail. This may be paid for using the credit card originally used, or via PayPal.
If the cost of the item you are returning for exchange is greater than the item you are exchanging it for, then we will issue you a credit for the difference. If the cost of the item you are returning for exchange is of lesser value than the item you are exchanging it for, then you may enclose a check for the difference in value with the item you are sending back, or indicate that you’d like to use the card originally used for the purchase, or we can send you a revised invoice which will contain a secure link to pay for the difference.
